Elayne and everyone at this Pharmacy is always so professional and pleasant to everyone when the general public isn’t so much to them. They work so hard to provide great service and I’ve always had an awesome experience coming here. If you’re looking for a pharmacy in the Highlands I highly recommend this location. I’ve gone to this pharmacy for years and they have always been good, though the lines can be long, but I understand they’re short staffed. However, I really hope they change their weekends hours back to being open later as I have to work on weekends because I have bills to pay and I can’t get off work in time to pick up my prescriptions now. Now I have to pick them up days late which effects my health because I need these prescriptions and taking them days late is not an option for me. I don’t understand why they all the sudden changed their hours for weekends only because that was the only time I could really pick up my needed prescriptions. I don’t want to be rude or be a Karen but some of us were really relying on those open later hours for weekends.
I have always been treated respectfully by the pharmacy staff & have never had an issue with any of my prescriptions. I realize they are understaffed at times but it only makes me sympathize for the employees who are trying to serve us.
I try not to be too effusive when thanking the Kroger pharmacist, but it's not easy. The scripts are always ready, correctly filled, the wait is short, they give me reminder texts, and the staff are friendly and kind, and several times filled a scrip while I waited to save me a trip. Incredible service. Wow And most unbelievable of all, they actually answer the phone!! Always, when I have a question! I feel so lucky and pampered with Kroger. Before Kroger I used CVS on Broadway and on my last visit, needed to return to CVS 8 days in a row for a refill, after waiting in a line of 30 people for over an hour each evening. CVS pharmacist said, sorry, the meds were not in stock for several days. I told them I would never be back and they should be ashamed! Finding Kroger Pharmacy is too wonderful to describe.
